Advantages:

В целом неплохая квартира, из которой постарались сделать хорошее место, насколько это было возможно. Всё нужное имеется, обстановка приятная. Заселиться разрешили немного пораньше, выселение бесконтактное без проблем. Расположение близко к вокзалу и в шаговой доступности от главных улиц.

Disadvantages:

Неопрятная, плохо выглядящая ванна — основной минус этой квартиры. Также было не очень чисто в зоне полотенцесушителя. В комнате неопрятный диван. Ночью было довольно холодно (отопление ещё не включили, одеяла недостаточно). Постельное белье не вписывается в стиль комнаты.
