Advantages:

Квартира чистая, есть всё необходимое. Были в сильные морозы, поэтому было немного прохладно. В остальном, всё хорошо. Хозяева встретили, всё показали. Много спальных мест, можно уютно разместиться как небольшой семье, так и большой компании.
