Advantages:

Все устроило, чистая и удобная.

Disadvantages:

К сожалению в этом конкретном доме мы не жили, но Владимир предоставил нам другое жилье, квартиру около вокзала. Не ожидали что придется сменить жилье. Рассчитывали на домик и дворик.

Advantages:

Очень приятный хозяин, заселил в нерабочее время, все предусмотрено и симпатично. Ухоженная приусадебная территория. Машину или две можно поставить во дворе.

Advantages:

Рядом Полоцкий молокозавод с фирменным магазином, в котором можно купить местное молоко. Понравится тем, кто соскучился по жизни в частном доме. Две комнаты + отдельная кухня. Можно уместиться всемером.

Disadvantages:

Было холодно. Стало тепло после обращения к хозяину. Спасибо ему, что включал отопление на вечер-ночь-утро. По мнению девушки было недостаточно чисто.
