Агроусадьба "у Татьяны на озёрной " расположена на берегу лепельского озера (первая береговая линия, выход к озеру прямо с участка~150 метров). Одновременно в усадьбе могут проживать до 7 человек.
Внутри дома есть все необходимое для круглосуточного пребывания -кухня со всем необходимым для приготовления пищи, гостиная с камином, а также спальные комнаты. Для любителей попариться предлагается теплая банька, которая находится прямо в доме.
Озеро оборудовано пирсом, плотом, лодкой для удобной рыбалки и катамараном для прогулок по озеру.
На приусадебном участке расположены пляж, барбекю, качели, песочница, баскетбольная площадка.
Для любителей активного отдыха – велосипеды. Есть все условия для рыбной ловли, сбора ягод и грибов, пешеходных и велоэкскурсий по окрестностям.
Питание в усадьбе организуется самостоятельно.
Приём гостей на усадьбе осуществляется круглый год.
