Дом находится на опушке соснового леса на территории национального парка Браславские озёра. В дом 4 отдельные комнаты для комфортного размещения 8 человек. На первом этаже кухня столовая оснащена газовой плитой, электрический духовой шкаф, микроволновка, посудомоечная машина, вся необходимая посуда, моющие средства, губка, салфетка, кухонные полотенца.
В доме два этажа на каждом этаже санузел с душем. Водоснабжение центральное горячая вода нагревается газовым котлом.
Две спальни с двух спальными кроватями на втором этаже , две спальни с односпальными кроватями на первом этаже . Предоставляем постельное бельё, большое и маленькое полотенце.
Дом сдаётся без под селения в одни руки.
Территория ухоженная есть беседка и место для барбекю. Уютное место для отдыха на природе.
