В гостевом доме предусмотрено 7 спальных мест. В нём есть кухня, санузел, 2 жилых комнаты, а на улице-зона отдыха со столом, скамейками и мангалом.

Есть горячая и холодная вода, холодильник, телевизор, свч печь, вся необходимая посуда для кухни, нужное количество белья, одеял, подушек. В наличии есть решетки и шампура, предоставляются дрова.

С террасы открывается великолепный вид на озеро.
На территории дома есть комфортный душ ( обогрев воды бойлером). Дети любого возраста. С животными по согласованию.

По желанию можно попариться в хорошей бане, отдохнуть в комнате отдыха, окунуться в озере, до которого 30 метров. Для бани предоставляются веники.
Для удобства на территории дома есть отличный wi-fi. Нравятся нашим гостям бильярдный зал, теннисный стол и новые мостки-понтоны в озеро(наши обновки последних 2-х лет).
