Имеется заезд, место для стоянки автомобилей. Практически через дорогу - озеро дривяты, недалёко центральный пляж. В 300-х метрах от дома - продуктовый магазин, недалёко рынок, торговые центры, церковь, замковая гора.

В доме 3 отдельные комнаты под ключ. Телевизор в каждой комнате, спутниковое тв, wi-fi. Есть мангал, котелок для ухи.
Дети любого возраста. Животные до 5 кг. В доме не курят.
