Нижний дом расположен максимально близко к озеру недрово. Если выйти на террасу, вы увидите прекрасную панораму озера.
В доме 4 жилые комнаты, которые находятся на 2-м этаже. В каждом номере свой санузел с душевой кабиной, холодильник, телевизор.

Вместимость комнат: 2, 2, 3, 4 человек. Есть возможность установки дополнительного спального места. Дети любого возраста. С животными не принимаем.

На первом этаже бильярдный стол, барная стойка, телевизор.

К дому примыкает русская баня на дровах с большим банкетным залом, кухней, санузлом и террасой. (оборудованной всем необходимым). Баня оплачивается отдельно.
