Максимальное количество гостей 5 человек: 2+2+1 (двуспальная кровать, раскладной диван, одноместная тахта с матрасом). Возможно заселение с собаками мелких пород за дополнительную плату. Есть парковка под окнами, рядом две платные парковки. Остановка транспорта у дома. Лёгкий доступ в любую часть города. Напротив большой гипермаркет "Евроопт", Центральный рынок. Рядом университеты Машерова, Технологический. До главной площади города 2 остановки, или 7 минут пешком! Недалеко "Mak.by", KFC, Burger King, тц "Трио", "Мега". Кафе, рестораны, магазины - всё рядом. Предоставляем отчётные документы. Лицам, моложе 20 лет и для проведения вечеринок не сдаётся. Заселение при предъявлении документа, удостоверяющего личность.
