Advantages:

Квартира находится в очень хорошем районе. Всё, что нужно было в шаговой доступности. Всегда было место, где можно поставить машину.

Disadvantages:

Квартира очень прокурена. Двое суток выветривали. Шторы сильно воняют табаком, их бы постирать.
